Job Description
The Sales Supervisor – Field Channel is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales representatives who operate outside of traditional retail or corporate channels—typically in open markets, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives or agents.
- Implement sales plans to meet regional or product-specific targets.
- Identify and tap into new customer segments or geographical areas.
- Support team in handling objections, closing deals, and post-sale support.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
