Job Description

The Sales Supervisor – Field Channel is responsible for leading and managing a team of field sales representatives who operate outside of traditional retail or corporate channels—typically in open markets, door-to-door sales, or community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales executives or agents.
  • Implement sales plans to meet regional or product-specific targets.
  • Identify and tap into new customer segments or geographical areas.
  • Support team in handling objections, closing deals, and post-sale support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
