Job Title: Sales Manager – BFSI – Immediate Joiner
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of sales executives in selling banking, financial, or insurance products
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team
- Support team members in achieving their goals through guidance and training
- Track team performance and prepare simple reports
- Handle escalated customer issues and resolve them quickly
- Ensure team follows company policies and proper sales practices
- Coordinate with senior managers and other departments when needed
- Help recruit, train, and motivate new team members
Candidate Profile:
- 2–5 years of experience in BFSI sales, with at least 1 year in a team handling role
- Graduate in any stream
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Good at planning, problem-solving, and communication
- Able to motivate and guide a team toward results
- Ready to take responsibility and meet sales goals
- Familiar with banking or insurance products and how to sell them
