Job Summary:
The Insurance Head – BFSI is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of the insurance business within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. This position involves strategic planning, business development, regulatory compliance, and team leadership to ensure the profitability and expansion of the insurance portfolio.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets in the insurance segment.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the BFSI sector.
- Align insurance business objectives with the overall organizational goals.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with leading insurance companies and stakeholders.
- Drive innovation through differentiated product offerings and market positioning.
- Expand the customer base by exploring new markets and customer segments.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements set by authorities such as the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India (IRDAI).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct channel minimum 1 year experience in sales + 6 months of experience in BFSI sector.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
