Job Title: Sales Executive – Field Sales

Experience Required: 2 to 5 years

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead a small to mid-size team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
• Guide, support, and motivate team members to perform their best
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
• Ensure work is done on time and with quality
• Help solve day-to-day problems and support team members when needed
• Report team progress and challenges to the manager
• Train new team members and help them understand the work
• Make sure the team follows company policies and procedures

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Able to solve problems and take decisions quickly
• Good understanding of the work process in your industry
• Must be organized, responsible, and a team player
• Comfortable using computers and basic tools related to the job
• Graduate degree preferred but not mandatory
