Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Executive – Marketing and Sales who can plan, promote, and sell products/services, both through direct marketing and field sales. The candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and ready to take ownership of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost sales
- Generate leads through fieldwork, campaigns, and digital sources
- Visit clients/customers and present products effectively
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Meet monthly sales targets and report performance
- Collaborate with marketing team for promotions and events
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Basic knowledge of digital and offline marketing
- Field sales experience is an added advantage
