Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to lead and scale our sales development team. This role is crucial in building the sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and nurturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the team to achieve lead generation and qualification goals.
- Develop and implement scalable outreach strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with target buyer personas and outreach strategies.
- Define key performance metrics (KPIs) for lead generation and track team performance.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews to enhance SDR effectiveness.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience (Any Field)
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream)
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
- Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization
