The Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling products to prospective and existing customers. This role involves identifying leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable products solutions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure policy issuance.
- Generate additional leads through references, cold calling, and fieldwork.
- Educate customers about product features, benefits and process.
- Maintain daily activity records and provide sales updates to reporting manager.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must completed Graduation compulsory.
- 1+ years of experience in sales and marketing in any sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
- Leadership skills to drive a team towards business goals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
