Salary Range : ₹2,50,000 – ₹3,20,000 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build team of financial advisor from open market
• Achieve area-wise sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Develop local market strategies to drive customer acquisition.
• Monitor sales metrics and ensure consistent agent performance.
• Support agents with training, product knowledge, and customer handling techniques.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for long-term success.
