Job Description
The Team Sales Lead – BFSI is responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive business in banking, insurance, or financial services. This includes setting targets, coaching team members, and achieving revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of field or tele sales executives
- Set sales targets and monitor daily/weekly performance
- Guide the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and client handling
- Assist in generating leads and closing high-value deals
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
