Job Description
The Area Sales Team Supervisor is responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales representatives in a specific geographic area to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a sales team in the BFSI sector
- Set sales targets and ensure timely achievement
- Coach and mentor team members to improve performance
- Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Preferred age range: 24 to 40 years
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilities
- Strong focus on achieving goals and managing teams
