The Field Sales Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of sales executives working on the ground. The role focuses on driving performance, meeting sales targets, and ensuring effective customer engagement in the assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a field sales team
- Assign and track individual sales targets
- Conduct field visits and support team members during client meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–4 years of experience in field sales or team handling
- Strong communication and leadership skills
