Job Summary:
The Sales Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives or executives to generate qualified leads, expand the customer base, and drive top-of-the-funnel growth.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales development representatives.
- Develop and implement effective outreach strategies using email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
- Collaborate with Sales team to align with lead and achieve goals.
- Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team member.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share insights and feedback from prospects.
- Align sales development messaging with product positioning and customers.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
