Job Summary:

The Sales Development Manager (SDM) is responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives or executives to generate qualified leads, expand the customer base, and drive top-of-the-funnel growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales development representatives.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies using email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Collaborate with Sales team to align with lead and achieve goals.
  • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training for new and existing team member.
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to share insights and feedback from prospects.
  • Align sales development messaging with product positioning and customers.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
