Job Overview:

We are looking for a Team Leader to drive agency expansion under the ABP (Agency Business Partner) model. This role involves recruiting high-potential Agency Partners who will in turn build their own team of insurance advisors.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit Team Leaders / Business Partners
• Train, coach, and mentor them to develop their teams
• Support sales planning and execution
• Monitor daily performance and achieve business targets
• Foster long-term relationships with partners

Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory
• Minimum 4+ years of field BFSI sales experience (BFSI preferred)
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
• Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
