Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Supervisor to oversee daily sales operations and guide the sales team to achieve targets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for motivating team members, monitoring performance, and driving consistent growth across assigned territories or product lines.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of field sales executives or representatives.
- Plan, assign, and track daily sales activities to ensure targets are met.
- Support team members in client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Train and onboard new team members, and regularly upskill the team on product and market knowledge.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Monitor market competition and help adjust strategies accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
