Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, manage a high-performing team, and drive consistent revenue growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and meet revenue goals.
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Managers, Executives, or Associates across multiple locations or channels.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Set clear KPIs for team members and review performance regularly.
- Analyze sales performance data, market trends, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
