Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to lead local marketing efforts and support sales teams in generating leads, building brand visibility, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement field marketing plans aligned with overall sales and branding objectives.
• Organize and manage marketing activities such as roadshows, canopy setups, product demos, and local events.
• Work closely with the field sales team to hand over leads and track conversion rates.
• Report key insights from the field to the central marketing or product team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
• The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
