Create and inspire your sales force, find and oversee Insurance Advisers in your area, and work well with the central staff.
Responsibilities :
– Create and put into action direct sales strategy to meet company objectives.
– Determine new consumer groupings and market prospects.
– Motivate and supervise salespeople to improve their output.
– Assist in accomplishing financial goals and developing sales objectives.
– Provide ongoing mentoring and aid in the integration of new sales team members.
– Monitor agent performance and provide necessary guidance.
– Drive sales performance through motivation and coaching.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
– The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
– Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
