Job Description
The Team Lead in the Field Sales Division is responsible for managing and guiding a team of field sales representatives. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and ensuring effective execution of sales strategies on the ground.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a team of field sales executives.
- Monitor individual and team performance, set targets, and provide regular feedback.
- Ensure efficient area/territory coverage and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support team members in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
