A Field-Based Direct Sales Representative is responsible for selling products or services directly to customers through in-person interactions. This hands-on role involves meeting potential clients in their locations, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions, mainly in sectors like insurance, finance, or telecom.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers in assigned areas to present and sell products/services.
- Clearly explain the benefits, features, and pricing of offerings to encourage purchases.
- Identify new prospects through field activity, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Stay in touch with interested clients and support them through the buying process.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
