AREA SALES OFFICER

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are hiring an enthusiastic and target-driven Area Sales Officer to manage insurance sales within a specific area. The role involves developing business, managing field sales activities, and supporting the sales team to achieve growth in the assigned region.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage insurance sales activities in the assigned area.
• Achieve area sales targets and support team performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and agents.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Guide and support field sales agents/advisors.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
