Job Description
We are urgently looking for an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities in a designated region. The ideal candidate will manage a team, develop market strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales executives or advisors
- Develop regional sales plans and ensure effective implementation on the ground
- Monitor team performance and ensure individual and team targets are met
- Maintain reports on team activity, sales results, and market feedback
Requirements:
- Graduate in any stream
- Minimum 2 years of sales and marketing experience
- Age between 24 to 40 years
- Good communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Able to manage and guide a team
