Job Summary:
The Channel Sales Manager – BFSI is responsible for driving business growth by managing and expanding direct sales channels such as agents, financial advisors, within the BFSI domain.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners within the BFSI space.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with partners including banks, NBFCs, agents, brokers, and other intermediaries.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance regularly.
- Drive channel sales to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
