Job Description
The Insurance Sales Officer – BFSI Sector is responsible for promoting and selling insurance products to clients across the BFSI domain. The role involves identifying customer needs, explaining suitable plans, and ensuring smooth onboarding and policy issuance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential clients from banking or financial institutions and offer insurance solutions tailored to their needs.
- Present insurance plans clearly, addressing concerns and helping customers make informed decisions.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Handle leads provided through BFSI channels and generate new leads via referrals or field activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-40 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
