Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager  

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2-3Years (Flexible depending on level)

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities and Roles

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Bangalore market.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and report on team performance.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of the Bangalore market and business environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, B2B sales, etc.]
  • Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to inform strategy.
  • Fluency in Kannada (a plus, but not mandatory).
