Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities and Roles
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Bangalore market.
- Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on team performance.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the Bangalore market and business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership abilities with a strategic mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, B2B sales, etc.]
- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics to inform strategy.
- Fluency in Kannada (a plus, but not mandatory).
