Job Summary: 

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to drive sales and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs, pitching products/services, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibility :

• Promoting and selling goods and services to both current and potential clients
• Interact with incoming or walk-in clients and learn about their needs.
• Create leads by cold calling, referring others, contacting them online, or setting up in-person encounters.
• Keep thorough records of all your transactions and interactions with customers.
• Reach and surpass quarterly or monthly sales goals.
• Give comprehensive product details, costs, and special deals.
• Respond professionally to consumer concerns and conclude deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing sales roles
• Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Confident, energetic, and customer-centric approach
