Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement growth-focused sales strategy for many goods or areas.
- Determine which markets, channels, and consumer segments have the greatest potential for expansion.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and surpass performance objectives.
- Analyze customer data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead initiatives to enhance sales processes, systems, and team performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing, operations, and product teams to align growth objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree compulsory
- 2–4 years of experience in sales, growth management, or business development.
- Strong track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM tool and data analytics.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
