We need a cheerful person to sell our products and keep customers coming back to help our company grow.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make strong connections with new and existing customers.
• Find out what customers want and suggest the best products.
• Reach your monthly sales targets and get policies done.
• Get new customers by asking for referrals, making calls, or going out to meet people.
• Teach customers about our products and why they’re great.
• Write down what you do each day and tell your manager about your sales.

Experience and Qualification:

• Must have finished a college degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and guide a team.
• Good leadership to push your team toward success.
• Excellent skills in talking and working with customers and agents.
