Job Summary: 

To increase sales and cultivate enduring client relationships, we are seeking a proactive, customer-focused Customer Sales Executive. The ideal applicant will be in charge of determining the needs of the client, making sales, presenting goods and services, and guaranteeing client satisfaction.

Responsibility : 

• Promoting and selling goods and services to both existing and potential customers
• Interact with new or walk-in clients to learn about their needs.
• Create leads by cold calling, referring others, contacting them online, or scheduling in-person meetings.
• Keep detailed records of all transactions and interactions with consumers.
• Meet and surpass quarterly or monthly sales targets.
• Provide thorough product information, pricing, and special offers.
• Respond professionally to customer issues and close deals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferably with a bachelor’s degree).
• 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing sales positions.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiating skills.
• Confident, dynamic, and customer-focused approach
