Job Title: Outside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects and clients to promote products/services
• Deliver presentations and product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2–4 years of experience in outside sales, field sales, or direct client interactions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and closing abilities
• 21 to 40 years age
