Job Summary:
We are hiring a goal-oriented Unit Sales Manager to recruit, lead, and manage a team of sales advisors/executives. This role focuses on driving unit performance, achieving sales targets, and expanding customer reach through strong team leadership.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales executives/advisors
- Drive team performance to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Support team members in lead generation and deal closures
- Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and field visits
- Develop local sales strategies based on market feedback
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and proper follow-up
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
