Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Mangaluru
CTC: ₹3,00,000 to ₹3,45,000 per year + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 1 year in field sales
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to grow our sales in Mangaluru. The role involves meeting customers, selling products or services, and helping the company get more business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential customers and promote the company’s products/services.
- Find new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Achieve monthly sales targets given by the company.
- Guide and support new sales agents (if any).
- Attend sales meetings and give updates on performance.
- Work in the field and be ready to travel within the Mangaluru area.
- Keep records of daily sales activities and share reports with the manager.
Who Can Apply:
- Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA, BA, etc.)
- At least 1 year of experience in field sales (insurance, finance, FMCG, telecom, etc.)
- Good in communication and confident in meeting new people
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel locally
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
