Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and closing sales. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients make informed decisions while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs through consultations, meetings, and discovery calls
• Present and recommend appropriate products or services based on customer requirements
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and presentation skill
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• 21-40 years age
