Job Title: Direct Sales Executive – Field Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Mangaluru
Experience: 1 year (preferred) BFSI sales
CTC: ₹3.45 LPA to ₹4 LPA (including incentives)
We are hiring a Direct Sales Executive to work in the field and promote our products/services directly to customers. You will be responsible for visiting customers, explaining the products, and helping them make a purchase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers and promote company products
- Explain product benefits and offers in simple terms
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Build good relationships with new and existing customers
- Keep records of sales and customer feedback
- Work with the sales team to plan area coverage
- Report daily activities to the team leader or manager
- Required Skills:
- Good communication and people skills
- Confidence to talk to customers in person
- Basic knowledge of sales or marketing
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ready to work in the field (outdoor sales)
Eligibility:
- 12th pass or graduate
- Experience in field sales is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
