Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and goal-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. The role involves identifying and connecting with corporate clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals. You will play a key role in expanding our business reach and maintaining long-term relationships with business clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential corporate clients through research, cold calling, networking, and field visits
- Pitch and present products/services to key decision-makers (owners, managers, procurement heads)
- Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and repeat business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1–4 years of experience in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and lead nurturing
- Confidence in handling corporate clients and closing deals
