Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential corporate clients for business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with HR/Finance/Procurement teams of corporates.
• Conduct need analysis and present customized financial/employee benefit solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle including proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
• Regular reporting of business activities and pipeline management.

Candidate Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate sales or Fields sales.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
