We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Officer to support and drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and assisting in converting prospects into clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads through cold calls, market visits, networking, and referrals.
• Identify potential customers and assess their needs to provide suitable product or service solutions.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into clients.
• Assist in setting up client meetings and product presentations.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, promotions, and sales strategies.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 21- 40 years age
