Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and target-driven Senior Sales Officer on an urgent basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, promoting financial products, and handling customer interactions directly in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, field visits, and referrals
• Meet prospective clients and pitch suitable financial solutions
• Drive revenue growth through individual sales performance
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service standards
• Report daily sales activity to the reporting manager

Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and selling skills
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive targets
• Preferred industry: Insurance, BFSI, NBFC, Financial Products
• Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory
