Job Title: Sales Incharge
Location: Mangaluru
Job Type: Full-time or Field-based
CTC: ₹3.00 LPA to ₹3.45 LPA incentive and bonus
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in sales or supervision

We are hiring a Sales Incharge to manage daily sales activities, guide the sales team, ensure sales targets are met, and maintain good customer relations. The role also involves handling stock, billing, and overall sales operations at the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Supervision:
    Monitor and manage sales operations at the store or field level.
  • Team Coordination:
    Guide and support sales staff or field agents to achieve targets.
  • Customer Handling:
    Attend to walk-in or visiting customers and ensure good service.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain records of sales, inventory, and team performance.
  • Stock Management:
    Check stock availability and manage inventory as needed.
  • Sales Targets:
    Ensure daily and monthly sales goals are met.
  • Billing & Documentation:
    Oversee accurate billing and proper documentation of sales transactions.
  • Problem Resolution:
    Handle customer complaints or issues and solve them quickly.

Skills Required:

  • Ability to meet and push sales targets
  • Knowledge of local market or area

Qualifications:

  • Graduate or 12th pass with relevant experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or field sales
