Job Summary:
As the Direct Sales Officer, the ideal candidate is responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting the individual investors who resonate with our vision.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve area sales targets.
- Manage, coach, and support a team of sales representatives in the assigned region.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular performance feedback and training.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to drive regional sales growth.
- Analyze regional sales data and trends to inform business decisions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
