- Assist in developing and executing territory sales strategies to meet business goals.
- Support the recruitment, training, and performance monitoring of field sales staff.
- Drive product sales through field visits, dealer/distributor management, and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and influencers.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and suggest actionable insights.
- Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and promotional execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2–4 years of sales experience
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
