We are looking for a goal-oriented and proactive Insurance Sales Officer to drive sales of insurance products. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting various insurance plans, and building lasting client relationships to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers and generate leads for insurance sales
- Explain features and benefits of life/health/general insurance policies
- Counsel customers on their financial protection needs and suggest suitable plans
- Close sales and complete documentation and onboarding process
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for renewals and cross-selling opportunities
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline
- Proven sales experience in preferred
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven
