Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven BFSI Sales Specialist to promote and sell banking, financial services, and insurance products. The role requires strong domain knowledge, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships to achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and understand their financial needs
- Pitch and sell BFSI products like savings accounts, loans, credit cards, insurance, mutual funds, etc.
- Meet assigned sales targets through field visits, referrals, and cold calls
- Conduct product presentations and financial planning sessions with clients
- Onboard customers and ensure smooth processing of applications and KYC
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any field
- 1–3 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of banking, insurance, and financial products
- Target-driven, with ability to work under pressure
