Team Leader – Life Insurance Division
Job Description
As a Team Leader in the Life Insurance Division, your main responsibility is to manage a group of life insurance advisors or field executives. You will drive sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and be accountable for meeting team targets while developing your team’s potential and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of life insurance advisors or agents
- Motivate and support team members to achieve individual and group sales targets
- Plan and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and conduct regular reviews
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any field
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Preferred age group: 24 to 40 years
- Strong in communication, team leadership, and negotiation
- Result-oriented with team management capabilities
