CTC: ₹3.75 LPA – ₹4.15 LPA + Incentives

Job Role
The Team Sales Leader is responsible for driving team performance, meeting sales targets, and ensuring smooth field operations.

Key Responsibilities
.Lead and manage a team of 5–10 sales executives
.Set daily and weekly targets for the team
.Guide and support team members during client visits
.Track performance and provide regular training
.Report sales data and market insights to management

Requirements
.Graduate in any stream
.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or field sales
.Strong leadership and communication skills
.Willing to travel within the assigned area
