We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, and converting inquiries into sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions or suggestions.
- Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 – 4 year of experience in sales.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
