Job Summary:
The Sales Officer is responsible for driving the sales of the company’s products/services in the assigned territory. This includes identifying potential customers, building and maintaining relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and present sales reports to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and trade shows as required.
Ensure timely collections and manage credit limits of customers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 1–3 years of sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure.
• Fluency in local language(s) and English.
