Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Managers, driving sales performance and productivity.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing customers.
- Ensure achievement of business targets through effective planning and execution.
- Drive field sales activity, team development, and market penetration.
- Regularly monitor team performance and provide training, coaching, and feedback
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in team handling and achieving sales targets.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Experience in insurance, banking, or field sales will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ years in Sales, BFSI, or Insurance domain
Qualification: Graduate (Any Stream)
