Job Description
To acquire and manage customers directly drive sales of products , and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Selling products by directly engaging with clients.
- Utilizing company-provided leads (40-60%) and generating additional leads through references.
- Explaining policy benefits and features over the phone and convincing customers to purchase.
- Following up with interested customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Generating new customer references to expand the business.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
