Job Description

To acquire and manage customers directly  drive sales of products , and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Selling products by directly engaging with clients.
  • Utilizing company-provided leads (40-60%) and generating additional leads through references.
  • Explaining policy benefits and features over the phone and convincing customers to purchase.
  • Following up with interested customers, handling objections, and closing sales.
  • Generating new customer references to expand the business.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 24-38 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
