Job Description

Job Title: Agency Sales Leader
Location: Raichur
Job Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹3.45 LPA (including incentives)

Looking for a dynamic Agency Sales Leader to build and manage a strong team of agents, drive insurance/product sales, and grow business in the Raichur region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of agents/advisors
  • Drive sales through the agency channel
  • Help agents achieve their targets and earn incentives
  • Conduct regular team meetings and field visits
  • Motivate agents through rewards and recognition
  • Ensure customer service and policy renewals
  • Track and report performance to higher management

Requirements:

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 1–3 years of field sales or team-handling experience (Insurance/FMCG preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Good network in Raichur or nearby areas
  • Two-wheeler with valid DL is a must
