Job Title: Sales Development Officer (SDO)
Location: Hassan, Karnataka
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: ₹2.75 – ₹3.15 LPA (based on experience and performance)
The Sales Development Officer will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining client relationships, and supporting business growth in the Hassan region. The role includes fieldwork, market research, and achieving sales targets to drive overall revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
.Identify and connect with potential customers through field visits, calls, and digital outreach
.Develop and maintain strong dealer/distributor and customer relationships
.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
.Conduct market research to understand local demand and competition
.Support the sales team with data, client feedback, and reporting
.Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups
.Ensure timely collection of payments and documentation
Key Skills:
.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
.Strong negotiation and persuasion ability
.Local market knowledge (Hassan and surrounding areas)
.Willingness to travel within the region
.Self-motivated and result-oriented
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably BBA, B.Com, or related)
1–2 years of sales/marketing experience Field sales
